other <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="line-height:115%"><strong><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="color:#0e101a">Introduction:</span></span></strong><span style="line-height:115%"> Post-pandemic challenges of COVID-19 for patients involve a wide range of physical and emotional symptoms. These challenges significantly impact patients&#39; overall well-being and quality of life. Online health information can address these challenges by providing patient experiences and assessing their needs after the COVID-19 pandemic. This review investigated the post-pandemic challenges of COVID-19 and the role of online health information in addressing these challenges.</span></span></span><br> <span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="line-height:115%"><b><span style="line-height:115%">Search Strategy:</span></b><span style="line-height:115%"> We searched databases including Elsevier, PubMed, Science Direct, Scopus, and Google Scholar using the keywords &quot;Online&quot; &quot;Health Information&quot; &quot;COVID&quot; and &quot;post-COVID&quot; among articles published from 2014 to 2024. Initially, 44 articles were identified, and after primary screening with title, 17 articles entered secondary screening with relevant abstracts. Ultimately, eight articles with full-text access were included in the review. </span></span></span><br> <span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="line-height:115%"><b><span style="line-height:115%">Results:</span></b><span style="line-height:115%"> The results of studies indicated that online health information has a valuable and impactful role in meeting all patients&#39; support and informational needs across different geographical regions during the COVID-19 pandemic and beyond. The importance of this information was such that many users expressed a desire to continue using it even after the pandemic had diminished. </span></span></span><br> <b><span style="line-height:115%">Conclusion and Discussion:</span></b><span style="line-height:115%"> Following the pandemic, many patients continued to experience concerns related to infectious diseases and were hesitant to seek in-person medical care. Additionally, with the prominence of online health data and the widespread adoption of this technology, many individuals preferred the convenience and impact of online health information over in-person visits.
