q Four copies of the manuscript (one original and 3 copies) together with four sets of
     original figures and photographs are enclosed.

q Abstract size should not exceed 250 words.

q The format of the manuscript conforms to the Instructions to Authors.

q Entire  manuscript  (including  tables  and  references) are  typed  double-spaced  with
     margins of 2.5 cm from all   sides and printed on one side of A4 paper.

q Entire manuscript is typed in a font size of at least 12 points.

q A figure legend is provided for each figure on a separate page at end of manuscript.

q All symbols are explained in legends; all symbols in legends appear in figures.

q References are numbered in the order in which they appear in text in brackets e.g., [ ].

q References are checked for accuracy against original source, and formatted according
     to IBJ Instructions to Authors.

q Contents  of  the manuscript  have not been previously published and are not currently
     submitted elsewhere.

q All  human  and animal studies  are approved by an Institutional Review Board [ ] Not
     applicable.

q One copy of all "in press" manuscripts cited accompany  the  submission  together with
     a copy of acceptance letter from the Journal [ ] Not applicable.

q All listed authors have seen and approved of manuscript.

q I accept responsibility for the scientific integrity of the work described in this manuscript.
